I am Seokyoon “Yoon” Chang, a PhD candidate at Princeton University studying disease ecology advised by Dr. Andrea Graham. Interested in host-parasite dynamics and the context of bacteria and fungal interactions, I utilize theoretical and empirical approaches to answer questions at various scales, from molecules to populations.
I did my bachelor’s at the University of Pennsylvania majoring in Mathematical Biology with minors in Mathematics and Statistics. I was advised by Dr. Dustin Brisson, Dr. Erol Akcay, and Dr. Corlett Wood.

저는 현재 프린스턴 생태진화생물학 박사과정을 밟고 있습니다. 특히 생태학적인 관점에서 숙주와 기생충 및 세균의 역할에 관심을 갖고 있으며, 모델링과 실험을 복합적으로 활용하고자 합니다.
박사 전에는 펜실베니아대학 (유펜)에서 생물학을 공부했고, 그 전에는 한국에서 용인한국외국어대학교부설고등학교(국제과정)에서 공부했습니다.
연구 외에도 멘토링 및 교육에 관심이 많아 다양한 연령대의 학생들이 원하는 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 도운 경험이 다수 있습니다.
